Project Uchi is 7 minutes walk from Taman Bahagia LRT station, and 5 minutes walk to the local night market (Pasar Malam Chow Yang SS2).

We are 7 minutes walk from Taman Bahagia LRT station, which connects to places such as KLCC, Masjid Jamek, KL Sentral and Batu Caves. For foodies and travellers, it is very convenient to get authentic Malaysian food for 24/7, most within walking distance from Project Uchi. For travellers who wish to visit the local night market (Pasar Malam), we are 3 minutes walk to Pasar Malam Chow Yang SS2.

The guesthouse ONLY provides 10-bunk-bed dormitory and accepts no walk-ins. For efficiency and convenience on both sides, please state your estimated arrival time. Bunk beds with sturdy stairs and blinds. Basic amenities exclude towel.

We are situated in the residential area, and 5-7 minutes walk to/from Taman Bahagia LRT station. Walking direction will be included upon your reservation confirmation.

House cleaning is done on a daily basis, however this house is old and some parts could be rustic; as you will be sharing the facilities, we would also like to invite you to help keep our place clean and help us save electricity - turn off the electric outlets when not in use as you leave. We understand that you are the paying guest; but we are also mindful that your actions represent your culture and country!

Project Uchi is also a multi-functioning house as there will be a tailor at work in a separated office room. If you like the multi-functionality and character of Project Uchi, welcome home!

Security wise, the hostel is located in a quiet suburban area with patrolling police cars and locally hired security guards. However, you may find two 24-hour Indian restaurants nearby for supper. Those restaurants will be packed during midnight.

You may bring your food to cook at our kitchen during all times. Other amenities and facilities include air-con room (at specific hours), washing machine (charges applied), WIFI, TV box that enables online streaming, smoking area (outdoor), front and backyard hangers (for your inner clothings), ironing, computer, mini-library and dining table.

Important:

1. We do not accept customers aged 18 and below.
2. Cancellation Policy:
-In case of cancellation, the booking deposit is not refundable and not replaceable;
-3 days advance notice for free cancellation;
3. Payment in Malaysian Ringgit cash only upon check in at the property.
4. Check in Time: 14:00-22:00
5. Check out Time: before 12:00
6. Non halal property.
7. We do not provide towel nor have towel for hire services. Please prepare your own towels or just #shakeitoff.
8. A key deposit of RM30 will be charged. It will be fully returned upon check out. Lost keys will likewise be charged RM30.
