**Important notice**
This hostel is located in a typical Amsterdam building, which means we have no elevator. Upper rooms are only accessible by stairs!

We are currently working on improving our rooms, so you may notice that we have ongoing renovation.
We understand that normally it means lots of noise and dust, however, we do our best to minimize the inconvenience.

Heart is situated in the real heart of Amsterdam, all that you need is beside you, dam square, red-light district, the main shopping areas, Amsterdam canal boats and public transportation to all other sightseeings. All rooms are designed with Hollywood atmosphere; each gets a movie name, movie pictures, story of the movie and movie themes such as godfather, American beauty, star wars, lord of the ring ......

** 7% city tax and €3 per person per night tourism fee are both excluded and need to be paid on arrival upon check-in.

Cancellation & modification
- If canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the date of arrival (local time 0:00), no fee will be charged.
- If canceled late or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
- If modified late, no refund for the difference in case of the reduced total accommodation fee.

Other hotel policies
- All private spaces are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please note that Heart of Amsterdam does not have an elevator, so expect traditional Amsterdam stairs.

- 7% city tax and 3 euro per person per night tourism fee are both excluded and need to be paid on arrival upon check-in.
- No guarantee to get a private room, when 'Dorm' type room is booked.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the 1st night on credit card 7 days prior to arrival. In case of declined, your reservation is not guaranteed anymore.
- The hotel does NOT accept any request on bed type choice (i.e. up/bottom bed or single/bunk bed)
