Hotel Zara recently has been renovated to offer the customer the right atmosphere between simplicity and elegance. It offers a nice quiet area for watching TV, a little library with English books where it is possible to borrow or exchange them, internet point with Fiber Optical connection (LAN) which is situated in a nice bar area. This is also a good place to gather with friends for a chat!
The two managers are also the owners of the hotel. They are two young guys that, with their flexibility and disposition, create an atmosphere that is really friendly and familiar. They are ready to show you all the beautiful sites of Naples on the map for you then to keep.
The rooms are furnished with an elegant natural kind of wood which, with their wide space inside, could host five guests. All rooms have a bathroom included, heated in the winter and cooled with air conditioning in the summer, TV, central radio system, phone for outside call, internet access and depurated water.
We offer nice rates for younger people that would like to spend less, and for guests who need quiet, privacy and technology.

City tax are not included 2,00Euro per person per night.

This is the only place I have ever left and not stayed the night. The area feels super unsafe, as you buzz yourself into the building and the elevator looks like something out of a horror film. The smell throughout the reception and the rooms was horrendous, so overwhelming that I could only mouth breathe and was coughing and stuck on me for hours until I showered. I checked the beds for bedbugs and there was no way I could last the night.

Ok, I feel I need to leave an honest review because I booked this under false pretenses. The rating showed 10 for cleanliness which is completely not accurate. So for anyone with aversions to smells or has issue with general uncleanliness, this isn’t your place. Bathroom reeked off mildew and the closet was worse. The sheet had stains on it. Their general room was pretty gross.
For the positives though- I knew I was booking a hostel and this is what can happen sometimes. They had AC though it stayed on al
