Popeyes Beach Resort Caye Caulker Policy and Condition:
Linen and First set of towels are included. We do not provide beach towels. We only clean rooms after a check out unless your a 7 day stay. then we provide a one time full service clean of your booked unit. if you need to exchange towels for fresh ones, you may do so at the Reception Desk for a fee of $5 BZD

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Location is good, room is fine, has everything you need for what you pay. Staff are ok, friendly enough but a little lazy, I was told if I wasnâ€™t back by 7pm to check in then Iâ€™d have to sleep on the street. There is meant to be a security guard but Iâ€™m not sure as there were drunk locals in the property most nights. Itâ€™s a budget room so itâ€™s ok for what you pay but thereâ€™s definitely better spots on the island to stay.

Clean room and friendly staff. However biggest downfall was AC was broken so temporary AC unit in room - the aircon ducting was sticking out the window, held in place with styrofoam. There was multiple gaps for mosquitos. The bathroom also had terrible sewerage smell that was unbearable. Our friends got another room and had non of these issues

Nice comfy bed and spacious private room with en-suite. Bathroom drains had a bad smell so have to keep door closed with bathroom window open. Not much opportunity to socialise and feels more like a hotel. Good location easy to get everywhere on foot. Doesnâ€™t have a bar or restaurant etc but the place across the street is lovely and has amazing live music occasionally!
