We arrived at the property and were told the room we had booked on website was no longer available and the only available option was a room with air con whichthe owner told us would cost double what we had agreed to on here. We had no choice but to agree to this as it was late and we did not want to go door to door looking for a room. But the property clearly ignored the booking we had with this site and charged us whatever they liked. The deposit we made here was also rendered irrelevant

The stay was nice. Location is further out so it's quiter if you want to get to bed early, you just have to walk further from the pier. No free drinking water here. Just beware that they're running a bit of a trick where 350 baht is what you get for a fan room and they will say that the fan room is not ready and will upgrade you to an AC room for an extra 150 baht or make you wait an hour for them to get the fan room ready.
