Casa Eva Hotel Boutique & Spa is a wonderful boutique hotel whose service is a high priority, will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed that you will want to return. Your safety is our priority so we strive to be consistent with all Biosafety protocols to make you feel safe during your stay.

The warmth of our facilities will make you feel comfortable and relaxed whether it is in our heated pool or on our terrace surrounded by flowers and a fountain. For health lovers you can exercise in our gym or take a relaxing massage in our SPA with cost according to service requested and if you are looking for gastronomy you can taste typical and regional dishes in our famous restaurant or if you want a business or social meeting we have a meeting room or a terrace for boutique events. You can also spend a very pleasant time on our terrace with fireplace and enjoy beautiful views of the Popocatepetl volcano.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 13:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Taxes not included- 16% VAT & 3% Tourist tax.
Breakfast not included.

24 Hours Reception.
Minors are considered up to 12 years old.
We have 2 pet friendly rooms with a charge per stay of 600 pesos per pet and must be medium size maximum.
