1. Bathroom was really dirty! 2. No lockers!! 3. Dorm's door cannot be locked ?! It's such a shame for any facility! It's my first time to see something like that. I've been in 12beds dorm which had key foreach! 4. 2nd day, they emailed us about our room changing, and I told them wait till I come. But they did not, and touched our stuff. This was also unacceptable. 5. 2nd night it was freezing inside the room. Heating was not working. However, the receptionist guy was kind and friendly :)

Good location but very dirty living conditions, dirty bathroom, moldy shower, and definitely not good value. He made us pay for our stay entirely in cash, so there seems to be suspicious business practices.

overall, hotel galla is a budget stay and value for money. staff is cooperative and courteous ðŸ™‚ would prefer the same hotel when visiting Milan. The connectivity with L1 and L2 metros makes it a good choice.
