Kituri Royal Annex

Kituri Royal Annex is located at the heart of Dar Es Salaam city in the famous Kinondoni district. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation. We have double rooms which are fully air conditioned and spacious. The rooms are also very clean with mosquito nets. We have a total of 10 rooms

All our rooms have private bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries for your convenience.
Our staff are very friendly and helpful. We can also organise excursions if you are interested to go to Selous game reserve which is Africa's largest game reserve to see many animals and birds.

The reception works from 5:30 am to 11 pm.

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 07:00 am to 6:00 pm .
Check out before 10:00 am .

Payment upon arrival by cash (We accept Cash payment in Tanzania shillings or US dollars).

Taxes included.

Breakfast included.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
