The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. Everyday, they asked what time we would like breakfast the next day. The day my wife and I hiked MP, we planned on waking up at 4AM, which was well before the normal breakfast hours, so they made us a breakfast to-go, specially for us. For some reason, our room was not cleaned one time the entire time we were there (3 nights, 4 days). Perhaps we should have specifically asked though?

It is a very basic accommodation. Good enough if you just want to have a roof over your head for a night but limited facilities. The bathroom smells and it is probably due to plumbing with no ventilation. Bring your own shampoo. I guess considering that the Aquas Calientes location and no roads, that's is all you can expect.
