Staff were friendly, but not very effective. The original room we were in lacked cold running water & the toilet didn't work. We told a member of staff but it took hours to get us moved. In the end we went back to reception & there was a new staff member on shift - the original person had forgotten about us!
The photos on the Hostelworld page have been filtered so it doesn't give an accurate picture.
No atmosphere, despite being "full".
It was quite noisy from outside.
Not very clean.

Nice breakfast, some staff are friendly and courteous, some are not and lie to you just to sell you a tour. The rooms are clean, although some things (e.g. Shower) do not work preperly.

The staff were pleasant and helpful with advice on how to get around and where to go. The location was close to downtown and plenty to do a short taxi ride away. The place was clean and the breakfast was good. There was not really any socializing so not easy to meet people. Overall a good experience.
