I stayed both in 8 people dorm and single room.
The hostel is still under construction, but it was good enough to stay, nothing too bothering.
They had all the services you need except breakfast. Very good atmosphere and just few steps away from the main street!

For solo travellers this is not the best hostel, unless you do one of the (extremely crowded) tours you cannot really make friends here. Its also a party hostel which has blaring music from the lobby and rooftop bars with clashing noise and lots of drunk people. Impossible to sleep before 11:30. Wifi only works in the lobby also, rooms have no signal. If you want a party hostel for a 2 week PH holiday, this is probably for you. For long term solo backpackers, it is definitely not.

I don’t understand the hype about this hostel. The rooms are quite okay but it feels like the staff can’t handle and keep up when the hostel is fully booked. It was noisy all night, there was construction work going on till past 1am and the doors are just banging when they close automatically. There was also no chill area to relax, mostly just music and crowds
Facilities could need some cleaning but the AC in the room was a big plus
