EcoLjmonade Hostel is a travelers paradise right in the heart of Cascais. Our hostel is located in a charming historical building that has been recently outfitted with solar panels and high efficiency technologies. We are all about nurturing the explorer within and want to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. We tend to attract travelers from all over the world, so if you are travelling solo we are a great place to meet new friends.
We have a cozy common area where you can hang out with fellow travelers, a fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace where many guests eat breakfast and do yoga. Each of our rooms has its own private bathroom, with both a bathtub and shower. We also have several rooms with private balconies perfect for sunbathing or taking in the views while sipping a much needed glass of wine.
The hostel itself is located in quiet residential area, but is still within a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars in the city center. Beautiful sandy beaches are also a short walking distance from us and the perfect place to relax, soak up some sun and have refreshing dip in the ocean. For those that dont have prearranged plans, our hostel organizes various activities for our guests including surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kite surfing, guest dinners, movie nights, game nights, pub crawls, indoor and outdoor yoga lessons and more!

Check out before 11:00 .
Our reception opens at 10am and closes at 6pm. Once you have done the check-in you can enter the hostel anytime (24hr) using your key card.

For late check-in please contact us and we will try to arrange something.
During low season - from the 1st of November till the 31st of March we provide rooms for a minimum of 7 nights. Our reception works from 9:00 to 17:00. Check out before 11:00.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorise your credit card before arrival.
VAT Taxes included. City tax is not included.
General:
No curfew.
The hostel has very relaxed atmosphere, we like to cook together, have good talks, play table games, do sports. its always a good idea to share a bottle o wine with nice cheese and olives. However we respect people who want to sleep at night. If you want to continue your party after 11 pm there are many bars around.

This hostel is okay, definitely lower budget, but compared to other hostels I’ve stayed in for the same price it’s lower value. Not horrible but not amazing. Beds are clean, breath rooms not as much. It was hard to check out because there was no one there and they had bag storage while walking around during the day but there was no staff there to help us get back in since we had to leave our keys and the desk was still supposed to be open. Luckily another guest helped us out.

The hostel is not in the town centre so you need to walk down to beaches and the restaurants. However, it is not far and it is close to a big food market which I recommend. The wifi is good. There is a kitchen, a dining table and some tables outside. It's a good option.

Great location just remember there is a bit of a hill if you have a big suite case. Great staff and brilliant breakfast. Female dorm has a bathroom onsuite which is great..heating in the room comfy beds great lockers and nice lounge..sure in the summer the terrace is great all but on the road. All in all a great stay.
