The man who ran the hotel was very friendly. He wasn’t always there but mostly in the days he was. The only issue for us was there was no hot water and the bathroom often flooded from having a shower.

This hostels location is lovely if you are looking to be close to the beach and restaurants along the port however I am sure there are better hostels in the same area that you would guarantee get a better value for money. An employee was extremely hostile and rude as he shouted at us for wanting to pay with card as it says it accommodates for card payments however IT DOES NOT! He shouted and became very aggressive with us as we brought up issues with our room such as the air con flooding our room.

This hotel is unsafe! A ceiling literally fell in. A huge crack was apparent and water was leaking. Debris hit a girl. There were no emergency numbers to contact the owner so we had to move two rooms into a third (7 people in a 4 bed - I took a sofa in the hall). A ceramic shelf fell and shattered nearly breaking my foot. The owner seemed unfazed by all this saying it was 'no problem' and tried to argue a discount of £76 was fair - no more was offered. More problems I can't fit, see TripAdvisor.
