직원이 불친절하고 시설이 안 좋았다. 주방은 없고 세면대가 너무 작아 사용하기 불편했다. 침대도 이층 침대의 난간이 없어 위험했다.

깨끗하고 깔끔했으며 직원분이 아주 친절하셨습니다. 숙박 시 보증금 10유로 있으니 참고해 주세요. 체크 아웃할 때 바로 돌려줍니다. 4인실 묵었는데 방 안에 헤어 드라이기 있어서 좋았습니다. 쉬느라 누워 있다가 청소하시는 거 봤는데 굉장히 열심히 하세요^^

시설도 깨끗했고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만, 수건이 제공되지 않는 다는 것과 개인 사물함이 있지만 따로 자물쇠가 없어 자물쇠가 없는 사람들은 조금 불편할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 그 이외의 것들은 모두 만족합니다

In January 2013 the Guardian selected us as one of the 10 best luxury hostels in Europe.
We're really proud of our rooms; all the bunk beds also have an special place where you can store small important things (wallet phones, etc.). In addition, they also have plugs for anything the customer may need for charging phones, cameras, tablets, and computers. All bunk beds have a reading light for not disturbing other guests in the room.
We cater to all types of traveller, from a group of girls to a solo traveller, a family, a couple or a businessman. All have a room in U Hostels. Of course, we are fully adapted to people with disabilities.
