Check in: 3 pm to 8 pm. Check in in other times available on request to be confirmed by the property in advance.

To guarantee the immediate check-in, the property requires to notify the expected time of arrival. A member of property staff will attend at the B&B to provide your check in from the notified time of arrival up to 60 minutes later.
In case of arrival out of the time slot notified by the guest on the reservation form, it may be necessary to contact by phone the B&B staff, to get access to the property.
Arrivals at different times from 5.00pm to 8 pm are allowed only on request and only if confirmed in advance by the property.

In case your arrival to Rome is scheduled at Fiumicino (FCO) or Ciampino (CIA) airports, the property recommends to notify the flight code or city of origin, airline and ETA of your flight, to have real time information if unexpected flight delay occurs, and to update the expected time of check-in (In case of arrival by plane, check-in is provided from 60 minutes after real landing time of the flight up to 60 minutes later).

Cancellation policy 2 days. Late cancellations and no shows will result in your credit card to be charged the price of 1 night as a penalty
