The staff who check me in was friendly.The place is good place to meet people. However the bar never opened after I was told it will open tonight it was Saturday. Hostel bar is the reason I booked. In room someone left the open door after 3 or 4am, I woke up because I felt cold until I saw it then closed it at 5am

This hostel was so flexible when we had to delay our stay due to protests in Puno. They allowed us to check in when our night bus arrived at 5am. It was a lovely building and the staff were super nice. We booked our Colca Canyon tour through the hostel for 200 soles each (we heard cheaper and more expensive quotes for the same thing). Breakfast was a little bit lacking, and there wasn't much of a social vibe, but to be fair we weren't actually there much. Highly recommended!
