We are a friendly Backpackers Hostel situated in the heart of Bristol's famous cultural district Stokes Croft, right in the city centre. The Full Moon is a great place to meet like-minded people and discover our unique city!

All of our guests have access to our licensed bar located in the same building, where we organise a variety of events and DJs. We have two great food vendors located in our property, authentic Italian pizza at Luna Piena Pizza, and a pop up in the courtyard.

Check-out is strictly by 11:00

Cancellation policy: 2 days

We will charge your card for the remaining balance at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance will be refunded if you cancel your booking within the Free-Cancellation policy.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH.

In the case of invalid card details or insufficient funds, we will try to contact you via telephone, but if we’re unable to make contact then unfortunately we’ll need to cancel your booking, at which point you’ll be notified of this by email.
Providing a phone number is mandatory while booking our property.

Upon arrival, guests will need to pay a refundable security deposit of £20 by card. Please note that we do not accept cash payments. This will be refunded to you upon checking out and may take a few working days after that to reach your account.
Guests will also need to provide us with a valid passport or driving license in order to stay. This is a compulsory security measure that we undertake and is non-negotiable.

Please call us direct for group bookings as different pay conditions apply.

Group bookings are 8+ guests and any made on Hostelworld may not be accepted.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG, HEN OR SPORTS GROUPS.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, as we have a licensed bar on site.
Prices may vary at weekends, on bank holidays or whilst special events are on in Bristol.

A gentle reminder to all our future guests: The Full Moon is not only a comfortable place to lay your head at night, it's also a great social hub with weekly music events, as well as fairs and festivals throughout the year! Be aware that on weekends the bar can get lively and noise levels will be higher on Friday and Saturday nights when the venue stays open late until 2 am. We can provide you with earplugs but would highly recommend participating in the fun!

What's on at The Full Moon?

On Tuesday questionable quizzes host quiz night in the bar, Wednesday is student night with deals on food and drink, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we host music events! Fancy joining? Ask at reception for more info!

As well as music on Friday and Saturday, the hostel host a Slice + Social at 7pm, where guests who sign up to this will get a FREE slice of pizza and a chance to meet other hostel guests!
