If you want to stay in a clean, safe hostel with a good staff , it is a great option

We were sent to another hostel, and the money, that I paid off to you, wasn't recognized to another hostel (I previously agreed with the change of hostel). I didn´'t want to take risks and pay the total. It was uncomfortable because I arrived from other part of the country. I tried to communicate with you, but you didn´'t answer, I didn´´'t insist because I just wanted to enjoy the weeeken in Bogota.

Perfect location and great value. You get what you have for the price. Esperanza (the cleaning and breakfast lady) is lovely but the rest of the staff is only there to open the door and answer your questions.
Nothing happening, not really easy to cook and not that confortable. But the price is so low that it's worth it!
