Property Terms & Conditions:

1) Check-in 14.00-23.45
2) Check out before 12:00 noon
3) Reception working hours: 08:00-23:59
4) Payment on Arrival: Credit card **Passport or 500 baht is required as a deposit for all guests staying with us.**
5) Cancellation policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before date of arrival, will receive a 100% refund
6) Breakfast is NOT included
7) No smoking in room, but we have a smoking area
8) We normally only accept guests between the ages of 18-35 years old
9) No guests are allowed into hostel rooms that have not been checked in with a valid passport.
10) Pets are not allowed.
11) We are a PARTY place: we do our best to control the dorms at all times, but at times there are drunk people, loud people, make sure you're cool with this before booking.

Its cool hostel on the beach with the pool. Its really easy to meet people you have like a bar with pool and beer pong. But prices for drinks there are crazy like 90 baht for small beer which is crazy. But its cool 20 minutes walk from the port.

Would not recommend. Looks nice from outside but not worth the money honestly. Staff was nonchalant and rooms were not cleaned properly. Pool was also dirty although i saw them cleaning it in the morning. People in the dorms were very disrespectful as well. Maybe we were just unlucky but during our whole 2,5 months traveling this was one of the worst experiences weâ€™ve had unfortunately.

Nice hostel in a little secluded area with a private beach. Showers were kinda bad but worth it probably. Really nice staff and good energy.
