Located near the Bastille in a trendy area of Paris' historic center, our student residence offers beds in shared rooms for 4. You can reserve a single bed or several beds in the same room (for families or groups of friends).

The residence is located in a beautiful building with a private garden, patio, covered outdoor gym, lounge-dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

We welcome you in an international, comfortable and cheerful atmosphere.

Non refundable rates: In case of a cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
We will send you a secured link by email to pay for the stay.

Check in starts at 10am and check out is between 11am and 6 pm.

I enjoyed my stay at AEPP Paris, the place was welcoming and so was Delphine, the manager. Greatly recommended !

Amazing place to stay while in Paris. Close to the city center, many places to eat and drink nearby, and the metros are super close, most within a 5-10 min walk. The staff is incredibly kind and they have a FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN! If you like to cook, feel an at home environment, and meet people from all around the world this place is a win/win! I would stay full time if I were in Paris or as a student. There are no lockers for people visiting but I never felt like anything would be stolen.
