Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included - VAT 16, guest service 1 USD per person, municipal tax 3 USD per night.
Breakfast included.
General:
Reception hours from 8:00 to 20:00 .
No curfew.
No pets allowed.

Front desk was friendly and nice. They will tell you that your credit card is not working. Pushing you to pay cash. And the exchange rate is a rip off. Terrible.
Bathroom and wc is in bad condition. There's no soap to wash hands after wc. Wonder how the stuff is washing hands after....
Kitchen is also very dirty. It makes it difficult to cook your own food. Breakfast is basically bread, margarine and jam in dirty looking containers..
I wouldn't stay there again. Worst place I ever stayed.

Super cheap place in the heart of cancun, also free breakfast (basic ) but for the 13 usd I paid I think is awesome! They have tours to a good price thanks to Francisco!
