Would not recommend to anyone. The staff were unfriendly and unbothered and only cared about when you paid. Reception rarely had a members of staff and they were never happy to see or welcome you. Although the room was big the beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had big yellow stains on them. There was no Wi-Fi in our room and when I asked for help they couldn’t have cared less. Quite honestly stay anywhere else.

Lovely staff, and right in the centre of town. Great to have a break from the party hostels for a few nights. Great free breakfast!!

Good value for money hotel for a short stay in cat ba. Great location as it’s right next to the centre of cat ba. Friendly staff and nicely sized rooms, we paid for one double bed and ended up in a room with two double beds which was nice. Unfortunately the climate was quite humid so the beds were damp but I guess that’s not their fault.
