The hostess is Pat, a resident of the house, she cares about every detail so that you can make the most of your stay, both at the house and in Florianopolis, offering tips on what to do according to each preference. The house's facilities accommodate up to 11 people, eight of them in two shared rooms with 4 spaces each and a private suite for up to three adults.

It's the perfect house to have your work routine balanced with trips to the beach, surfing lessons, hiking on trails and meals shared with new friends that you'll meet here, enjoying good conversation.

Reception working hours - 09:00 to 18:00.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
