A quiet and clean place, with comfortable beds, nice staff and very well located.

Perfect place in the city center. It is clean and comfortable with wonderful and friendly staff. BUT 2 out of 3 nights I didn't sleep because I was settled with 10 teenagers who visited Puebla with a religious mission or something like this. They woke up at 4 am and fell asleep at 1 am. The rest of time they either ran and shouted or laughed and turned on the light. At night. So I would recommend either cancel booking if the hostel expects such visitors, or settle them apart (however I think that the noise was heard all around) or tell them the rules so they can understand that the hostel provides people with just the bed. And that's all. And it means that people book it to have a rest and sleep. So my weekend was a total nightmare in reality. I understand that it has nothing to do with the conditions that the hostel provides but the admin part should be improved.

Place that has great potential, staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Good location, walking to the ZocolaThere is a big communial area and kitchen, just a pity it was quite at thr time we stayed. For the bad points, the bathrooms were fairly grim- the water pressure was low due to what appeared to be water pumped from tanks in the courtyard below and there was a bad smell. The Private bedroom was spacious but wasnt the most comfortable, especially the pillows which were paper thin.
