Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) before your arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge for the first night of your stay.

08:00 to 23:00

Nopalero Hostel was absolutely amazing! A great hostel with a beautiful pool and a relaxed, yet fun atmosphere. The staff were always welcoming and helpful, and the daily social activities made it easy to meet new people and make new friends. There are plenty of options, whether you want to relax or have fun. It's a place I would return to anytime. Highly recommended!

the manager Coco sent me an email saying the wifi didnâ€™t work and electricity was out in some rooms but there was AC in the room. They offered 25% discount in an email but only gave me 15% even when I pointed out the email. No light in the bathroom or showers. No AC in the room had to sleep outside by the pool. Horrible miserable experience. Something super fishy going on. 20 minute walk to beach and restaurants.

Strange scenario. We arrived to find out the property was suffering from electrical issues. As a result, there was no wifi or a/c (they said a/c was working when we arrived). They offered us 25% discount, although we only got 20% and other guests said they were given even lower. Kitchen is great, pool and communal areas are great. If everything was operational, i think this would be a good hostel. We were the only guests by the time we left-they were being honest about the a/c by then.
