The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located on the east of the city and is well connected with the private universities (Catholic University of Valencia, European University and Ceu-Cardenal Herrera University) by public transport, metro and bus.

It offers single and double studios with air conditioning, private bathroom and kitchenette. All of them have towels and sheets, some rates includes cleaning and breakfast service. If the rate includes breakfast, this will be served in the dining room of the residence.

The residence has a fitness center, a terrace, a study room, a self-service laundry, a games room with a pool table and 24-hour reception.

The Colegio Mayor La Concepción is located beside the Mestalla football stadium, near the centre of Valencia. It is located very close to La Malvarrosa beach, the promenade and 15 minutes by public transport from the City of Arts and Sciences. The Facultats metro stop is only a 5 minute walk away.

This residence is open to the university community all year round. It offers accommodation to all members of the Educational or University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups; and holders of an international student card or similar. In the case of not belonging to university or educational community, it is necessary to provide a membership card issued by any Hostel Association integrated in the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF). The membership card can be issued and purchased directly at the hostel for 4€.

It is an excellent option for persons wanting to travel to Valencia and enjoy a university environment.

Honestly the perfect place to wind downâ€”not a traditional hostel, youâ€™ll basically have a studio apartment and supreme amounts of privacy. The proximity to the metro is fantastic so itâ€™s still a great homebase to explore a bit around ValÃ¨ncia!

Really nice place to stay in central Valencia, especially for the price. I basically had a full studio apartment to myself, complete with modern amenities (including AC, which was so important during my stay there in July!). The staff are helpful, and the location is good for getting to the major attractions. I didn't really try to socialize with other guests, so I can't say much for the social scene. Overall, a good stay, I would stay here again.

The staff was great. Room adequate. Location pretty good right opposite the football stadium and about 30-40 minute walk to the art, museum and science stores I wanted. The taste of the water was the worst Iâ€™ve encountered in a month of travel in Spain and the breakfast very ordinary.
