The heart of this home away from home is a large water view terrace. Here, you can relax, enjoy the view and keep in touch with our free Wi-Fi. To one side of the terrace, is a large guest kitchen for your personal use.
The Waterfront Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 24:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards. 4% service if pay with card.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
Taxes not included - ABST Sales Tax 14%, Tourism Guest Levy $3/person/night

Comfortable, if basic, private room. Nice staff, friendly and accommodating. Good cooking facilities. Shame there isn't better washroom/toilet facilities.

If you’re a traveller looking for a hostel in Antigua, this is definitely your best option (and possibly your only option). I really liked the 2nd floor common area/kitchen, it’s a nice space to watch the road, harbour, and sunset. It’s also a nice place to relax and meet other travellers. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for walking around English Harbour. The bathroom could probably use a little TLC, but on the whole I was really happy with this place.

Lovely place to stay, staff and locals very friendly. Can catch the bus just outside. Only complaint would be the cold shower.
