The reception works 24hs.
The maximum period of stay is of 14 days.
This property may pre-authorise your card before arrival.
Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 14:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

Internal Protocol– Security Measures
Some points of care according to the protocol to ensure that everyone feels at home, safe, comfortable and protected:

Occupancy will be reduced by 50%;
All employees will be trained as per the Biosafety Protocol approved by the Municipality of Bonito-MS;
At check-in, only 1 member of the family should proceed to the reception desk;
To speed up the process, check-in online;
Upon arrival, the temperature of all guests will be checked;
To protect employees and guests, the use of masks throughout the Pousada will be mandatory;
We provide hand sanitizer (70% alcohol) in social / common areas;
All apartments will undergo rigorous hygiene and disinfection routines;
Cleaning and tidying of apartments will be carried out every 48 hours;
After check-out, the apartment will remain vacant for at least 48 hours;
To avoid unnecessary contact, guests will be responsible for taking their luggage to the respective rooms;
Breakfast will be served to every family at an individually scheduled time, with à la carte options sent online at check in;
The Pool will be open at reduced hours to avoid overcrowding, for members of the same family;
American Bar: the menu will be sent online at check-in. Orders will be served at scheduled times.
