The good: Great location. Cleaning staff come every day. There's always hot water in the shower. Nice common area. The bad: male staff walked into the female dorm without permission to enter. Really cold, when I was out of bed, I put my coat on immediately (there's a big warm blanket so during the night it's fine).

Great hostel!! Very cosy and the bedrooms are really clean and comfortable - they even make your bed for you every day (stayed in dorms and privates). The bathrooms are perfect with warm showers and very clean. The staff are all so friendly and happy to help - they’ll also let you store your luggage safely if you’re doing a multiple day trek which is great. Would definitely recommend if you want somewhere nice to chill between busy days in Cusco :)

really nice calm place. be aware its half way up a steep hill that may be difficult for mobility issues, but not at the top like most of the hostels here
