In Thailand, even the hostels who are in the top rank in the website, there's no staff!
It makes me truly difficult to get a information/any help from the hostel, as like I could at other countries.
However, this hostel is not.

Can communicate in English very well.
Hygiene/cleaning is very much excellent, must be hard to find while you travel Thailand.
