1. Any changes to reservations including cancellations must be done by email only 2 days prior to arrival by 3 pm in order to avoid being charged the first night.
2. Special events or holidays must cancel by email only 4 days prior to arrival by 3 pm to avoid being charged for the entire reservation
3. Smoking is permitted on terrace and patio areas only
4. Cash only for payment upon arrival
5. Our reception for check-in is open from 16:00 to 20:00 (4-8 PM). If you are going to arrive outside check-in hour please, let us know through e-mail or phone 24 hours in advance, so we can take care of you!
