Check-in time is between 11:00am and 23:00pm. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, kindly inform us in advance, and our 24/7 reception will be happy to accommodate you.

Payment:
We accept cash only for all transactions. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards or Eftpos.
Smoking Policy:
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. We kindly request our guests to refrain from smoking inside the hostel.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation, please inform us 24 hours before your scheduled arrival to avoid a one-night payment charge.

Really great hostel, owners are amazing and so helpful. We booked our desert safari with them which was really fun. Communal areas are great! Will be recommending this hostel to everyone. Owners helped us with buying some art at a good local price and let us use their laptop to book flights. They’re amazzzing! Rooms are good too.

The couple running the hostel were super lovely and helpful. Also a good communal area and great atmosphere there, I met some good people to have a beer with and explore the city.

One of the best hostel experiences I have ever had! Vivian and Aparna were wonderful attentive hosts. They have fostered a lovely homely atmosphere based on socialising without being pushy and respecting people's privacy. The property is well-located and clean and offers a unique desert safari experience which I would 100% recommend.
