Breakfast is served from 08:30 to 09:30. There is also a corner where coffee and tea is offered from 08:00 to 18:00. Check-in takes place after 2:00 PM until 17:00 and check-out until 12:00. The reception is open until 18:00.

We got stuck in Guatape and needed a hostel last minute. Pretty far out from the main area but clean, basic and met our needs.

We arrived at 9pm at the hostel: hostel closed. Fence locked. No doorbell. All provided telephone numbers were not answered..
We got an email at 6pm "Muy buenas tardes Nuestro horario es de 8:00am a 6:00pm". This cryptical, message apparently meant that the hostel closes at 6pm. There was no alternative solution mentioned about how to get into the hostel.. So: then you are there: in the dark, in the night, on the street, with a reservation, but no way to enter.
We jumped the fence to get in..

This is a relaxing, peaceful hostel that’s a short walk outside town. Do not stay here if you want to party or meet new people. However, this hostel is great if you’re looking for somewhere to relax and take in the scenery. Lots of porches with chairs and hammocks for this purpose. Breakfast is included & it’s excellent. Also, this is the only hostel I stayed at in Colombia where the showers were actually hot, which was amazing.
