The so-called Red Borgh house is a protected monument and one of the oldest preserved examples of Baroque guild houses Antwerp. It is believed that the house was built in the 12th century as a simple construction. Evidence of this is the basement in Roman style. The current house was built in 1644 by the allied guilds of tanners and Schoenmakers and has a special architectural and historical value.
