Good hostel a bit out of the town centre but near a metro station, wifi didn’t work for me, neither did the aircon in our room and we were on the top floor so got very warm! Staff very friendly and helpful.

I got bedbugs, something that im not used to.. but im aware that it could happen. What made me angered was that i told the staff in the morning when i left the room, to double check, and when I got back nothing was done in my bed. The guy from the evening shift was so attentive that changed my mattress. The bathroom from the room is really small, I showered in other one. Apart from that everything alright.

I think one of our best features is all the extras we've got, like free luggage storage, free Internet and Wi-Fi, our laundry service and our movie room.
Our location is also great; the Palermo district is well-known in Buenos Aires for its great variety of international restaurants, bars, art, crafts and fashionable clothes shops. The Buenos Aires Zoo is only five blocks away, and Plaza Serrano and the Eva Peron Museum are just 10 blocks away. I particularly recommend that people make sure to visit Plaza Serrano.
I'd say we're ideally suited for couples and groups of friends aged 25+.
