The managers are always at the first floor of the hostel, 24 hours. They were remarkably kind and ready to help us anytime.
The thing was, our room ( I used 6 people room with my friends) was little dirty.
But, we were mostly satisfied because the fee was quite cheap and we had great breakfast in the morning. Moreover, the manger really took care of us that
she allowed us to use the fridge, knife and forks and plates whenever we wanted. She also booked the private car for us and other guests.

Halong Happy Hostel which i stayed 1 night was real name. Some people told me about Lisa before. And when i came I was really really amazed and happy, I feel there look like my home. Lisa was perfect in English. We sometime talked in Korean or Chinese. Talked together, ate together, danced together, sang together, slept together (on the lovely pillow). I will never forget. Thank Lisa so much! We love you!
