The Big Bamboo is located on the South West Coast of Costa Rica.
This is the perfect start off point for visits of four important national parks, namely: Corcovado, Bahia Ballena, Manuel Antonio and Caño island. We are located in the little hamlet of Uvita next to all its amenities but very close to three great beaches.

Playa Ventanas with its caves, playa Bahia ballena with the Whales tail and playa Hermosa which is ideal for surfing and which now has lifeguards!

Big Bamboo prides itself to be very accommodating and we try to create a true Costa Rican atmosphere.

Cancellation policy: 24 h before arrival. In case no show, we will charge first night.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.

We do not have many restrictions. We do not allow smoking or cooking of any kind in the rooms and although we take credit cards we highly value cash payments in Dollars or Colones.
No shows are charged one night (if not cancelled before 24 hours)
