2. Check out Time: before 12:00
Room cleaning time is 12:00-14:00 hours
3. Method of Payment upon arrival: Cash and Credit Cards
**We accept Visa / Master card there will be a 3% surcharge added to pay by credit card**
4.For the dormitory room the “NON-REFUNDABLE Rate” is NOT included breakfast.
5.For the dormitory room the “STANDARD Rate” is included breakfast..
6. According to the theme of Green Hostel, the air conditioning in the dormitory rooms is closed from 11.30 to 17.00 hrs.
7. Deluxe Double Bed Private Room has 1 king-size bed (6ft)
8. Pajamas Koh Chang provided towels to every guest in every room type.

** Cancellation Policy**
14 days advance notice required for the period of December 20th - January 10th. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of reservation.

However, except for that period, your cancellation policy will be 5 days advance notice for free cancellation, failure to cancel within this time will result in a late cancellation fee equal to total of reservation.
