The appartment, totally new, is situated at 7 floor of the historical and futurist Palazzo Lancia at only 7 minutes by walking from the main train station at only 8 minutes by walking from Piazza Maggiore, the main square of Bologna.

Very clean property with everything you could need. Excellent host. Bathrooms kept very clean. A little bit away from the tourist spots but everything was definitely within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Impressively clean, very comfortable space. Bathrooms were shared, but always very clean. Mario was very kind and incredibly helpful in recommending places to visit during my stay.
There is an older elevator to get to floor 7 - just don’t forget to close the door behind you so it will work for the next person. :)
Shopping at the ground floor of the building was very convenient.
Summertime in Bologna is very hot, so I was grateful for the oscillating fan in the room.
