17.52% tax is not included in the room rate. It will be charged at check in.
Your credit card may be pre-authorized before you arrive.
Free cancellation at least 48 hours before arrival date, first night of stay fee for late cancellation or no show.

Government issued photo ID (passport/driver's license) required at check-in to establish non-Toronto (GTA) residency. A photocopy of the ID will be taken at check in.

Must be 19 years of age or older.

Please note that we don't have 24 hour reception. Check-in located in the cafe (The Only Cafe) from
2pm to 10pm. After 10pm, please check in at our bar ( The Only Cafe ) before 2am.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night in the 2 days before arrival.
