We arrived in Split from Budapest early in the morning and went straight to the hostel where we had a reservation. However, we encountered an unexpected situation. When we arrived at 5 a.m., we were informed that the check-in was not until 2 p.m. and were asked to wait outside. We requested to leave our luggage, but we were told to leave them in the middle of the bar without the hostel taking any responsibility. This caused us some discomfort as we had to explore Split with our suitcases for several hours.

This place is just fun. Like great staff and mostly solo travelers under 30. Clean, safe, and in the heart of town. People were very friendly, and the included breakfast was really solid too. Like this place just brings out the best in you.
