Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Arrival before or after the check-in time, are subject to the request from the customer
(must be communicated before 5:00 p.m.) and to the confirmation from the property. The check in after the time of the reception until 9:00pm have an extra cost of the Euro 10.00. After this hour until 11:00pm the cost for the check in is Euro 20.00. After 11:00pm until Midnight the cost of the late check in is uro 30,00 It must be paid in cash.)

Arrivals at the airport from 9:00 pm to midnight can be accepted only and exclusively with the use of our taxi service
Check in between 24:00 to 1:00 has a cost of 40.00€ over 1:00 at night it is not possible to check in.

For security reasons we will make just a pre-authorization on the full amount of the reservation to check the validity of the credit card.
The pre-authorization is a procedure made automatically for all bookings received through the web site portal in order to verify the validity of the credit cards and it is not a charge but only a temporary block and if you need more information you can ask at your bank.
Anyway , as specified in our policy you will pay the full amount directly at our property by credit card or cash money at your arrival and you can modify or cancel your reservation free until 7 days before the check-in date. (the pre-authorization will decline automatically in about 20 days)
