had a problem with tv controls couldn't find anyone at reception so had to ring a guy turned up who i met outside he took me to main building and said he would sort it 2 hours later i rang again he said he got waylaid with someone else. i think he was more helpful to other customers who were not working class dressed in overalls I'm afraid he made me feel i didn't belong in your swish hotel but i might add my money is as good as anyones however you will be pleased to know i will not be staying w

Pool dirty, not functional - misleading advertisement! Manager, not very understanding regarding refunds, who blames you for their own marketing/advertisement mistakes. + The hotel has really nothing to show other than the pool (which again is not functional). Stinky old room - Better hotel/Spa options for your money nearer to the beautiful centre of Cambridge.
