A long ago this region was a fisherman district. We are close to great restaurants, bars, markets and the best of it all? Only 200 meters to the famous beach Praia dos pescadores.

With ceiling heights , each room is unique. The owners have renovated the whole house to host travelers from all around the world, and share for a moment this exceptional place. The rooms are furnished with top range beds, embedded wood wardrobe, renovated bathrooms, the whole package in a harmonious relaxing colors.
The house is build with old stones. Exposed to the south, it keep fresh during summer when the sun is at his top. A historic house is awaiting for you, come enjoy and rest in this fantastic mansion!

Casa Malpique Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival.

Check in from 14:00 to 20:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .
Check ins after 8pm will be extra charged 25 euros.
Payment upon arrival by credit cards.
This property may pre authorize your credit card. If the card is declined, customer wil have 24 hours to provide a valid card or the reservation will be cancelled.

General:

Taxes included.
Breakfast not included - 6 EUR per person per day.
No curfew.
Non smoking.
Maximum stay is 14 days.
Note that: from April 29th to October 15th and from December 21st to January 5th the cancellation policy is 42 days before arrival.
