Great staff but room was not that great: super small room, super thin and soft mattress, and window situated towards the hallway

Great place to stay, friendly helpful staff. They run a cafe as well and serve delicious tasty meals. Only criticism was the one shared bathroom serviced up to eight people and it was not clean. The rest of the facility was spotlessly clean.

very nice place to stay, Top staff, very helpful. I booked for 7 days but I stayed only 2 nights. I had to go to Popayan meet a friend. I paid the 2 nights and they quipped the 7 days deposit paid on reservation !!!???? This was not fair I think as I told them of my change of plan at my arrival at the hostel. 48 h before departure.
