Barefoot Kuata Island Resort is located on Kuata Island, part of the Yasawa archipelago chain of islands northwest of Fiji's main island of Viti Levu and is accessed daily from Nadi & Denarau using South Sea Cruises/Awesome Adventures Fiji's ferry service. The resort is located on a white sandy beachfront offering both low & high tide swimming in the clearest of warm waters. Breathtaking Yasawa views looking north from Barefoot Kuata Island Resort are characterized by dramatic volcanic peaks jutting out island after island.
All beachfront bures (rooms) showcase their stunning location and incorporate elements of traditional Fiji design and building materials. The resort features a swimming pool, walking tracks with snokelling equipment, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, Wi-Fi and daily scheduled activities included. Barefoot Kuata Island Resort is renowned for its snorkelling & diving with sharks experiences. Guests can join snorkelling with reef sharks tours or for the more adventurous both certified and non-certified divers there's an unforgettable wow big shark experience 'The Awakening Shark Dive'.

Check In / Check Out Times:
• Check-In is at 1.00pm (1300 hours).
• Check-Out is at 10.00am (1000 hours).
• Late checkout is available on request and subject to availability. A guaranteed late check out will be charged at 1 nights’ full rack rate.
• In the case of early arrivals and late departures, 1 extra lunch will be charged at FJ$30
• All Rates are in FJD. A 3.5% card fee will be charged for payments made by credit and/or debit card.
Rates quoted are for accommodation only. A compulsory meal package inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner will be invoiced on the island at FJ$119 per person (12yrs +) or children aged 4-11yrs FJ$60, per day (pricing valid until 31 March 2023).

We enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to have seen manta rays as we were there during the third sighting of the year. The tents were nice for hostels and the staff were very friendly. I did think that the place was lacking in activities but overall good vibe. Cheaper than some of the other places and met cool people!

A WONDERFUL stay in paradise. It’s worth the money to get here ! The coral is the best we’ve seen around the world - bure dorms were really nice and surprisingly cool with the fans. Food was glorious, lots of veggie options too. Staff were so friendly. We could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights but it suited us well ! We heard from everyone hopping that it was the best of all the islands and they weren’t lying. We’ll be back !

We spent a great week a Barefoot Manta Resort. You feel like you are part of one big family. Nice variety of home cooked meals. Plenty of choices. The crew at the dive shop are the best. They went above and beyond to make sure our week of diving was a memorable one. We are glad we had our last week at Baremanta:)
