very clean, spacious and they have a lovely garden + inside chill space. close to the beach and accessible surf classes for absolute beginners. highly recommend!

LOVED my stay here. It had been many years since I'd stayed in a shared hostel dorm, but I met people instantly, the hostel was very clean and modern. Amazing location with a sea view, my first time to Ericeira and I'll be back for sure. Thank you

Already missing the hostel! I enjoyed the calm, cozy vibe, view on the ocean, the perfectly equipped kitchen, cleanliness. But I actually loved how nice the staff was, really wanting you to feel comfortable and always helping! When back in Ericeira, definitely back here. Thank you, Inis and Andrea!! :)

We had the most enjoyable time ever in hostel 55 and this was by far the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. All communal areas are super clean, the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need and the living room and terrace are the best place to meet people. The staff does everything they can to make you feel like home and to personalize your trip as you'd like. If you're lucky enough to meet one of the regulars, there will be plenty of cosy BBQ's and dinner parties.

Had an amazing 7 days at this hostel, was in the big room, small quarters but comfortable beds and lots of windows. Met amazing people, had some group dinners, common room atmosphere for making new friends was awesome. Close proximity to the ocean and they make surf lessons really accessible. Felt safe in Ericeira, would stay again!
