General Group Booking Terms

By making a group reservation through you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by and as set by the hostel in question.

  • In order to make a group reservation on it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
  • The booking deposit is non-refundable.
  • Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
  • are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
  • Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
  • It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
  • Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.

Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions

The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival.

Taxes not included - Local occupancy tax: 19%

Non-refundable reservation: no cancellation or refund.

No show:
Non-refundable: 100% of the stay will be charged.
Refundable reservation: The first night will be charged discounting the deposit.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Check-in time starts at 3 Pm.

Check-out time is 11 Am.

Please let El Punto know your expected arrival time.

Payment types accepted at this property:only cash.

No 24-hour reception. opening time from: 7.30 Am to 10 Pm

No pets are allowed at this property.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Breakfast not included.

Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

숙소 정보

Excellent location between the paradisiacal beaches of Tulum and the Magic Town. Surrounded by tranquility and nature.
We create a warm and familiar atmosphere. We have a pool, common areas, equipped kitchen to share, private room for two or four people and shared rooms whit eigth bed. The breakfast is not included.
We are twenty minutes from downtown, where there are different bars, restaurants and bus station.
One block from the supermarket. The archaelogical ruins are also easy to access.
A bike path passes in front of the hotel. It goes to the public beach (3 km) and to the hotel zone.
On the same avenue where the hotel is located passes the public bus that goes to the hotel zone.
Five blocks away is Tulum Avenue, make the trip to Playa del Carmen.
We reception is open 7.30 Am until 10 Pm. We receive payments only in cash.
