General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.

70% payment 14 days before arrival, non refundable.
Free cancelation until 30 days before arrival.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Upon arrival, guests are registered with the police. We will need the ID or passport details of all guests who will be staying in the room.
Only guests who have registered at the reception are allowed to stay in the room. We don’t bear responsibility for persons who do not register. Persons that are not registered but stay in the room without our knowledge are materially and legally responsible for their registration.
The owner retains the right to forbid entry or dismiss a whole group if the number of persons surpasses the number stipulated in the reservation.
The room is cleaned throughout after every check-out. During your stay we will change used towels and empty the bins every third day of your stay, except if you are leaving the next day.
If you stay for six nights or more, we will clean your whole room on the fifth day and change your bed linen and towels.
An additional daily housekeeping service is possible to arrange upon arrival and payment of a supplement.
If you wish, we can arrange for your clothes to be washed. Prepare what you would like washing and tell us by when you would like it to be washed and ironed and we will do our very best. This service is offered by a private laundry and we are not responsible for any mistakes or complications.
Any demands for compensation or complaints must be filed at the reception during the time of your stay. We can accept any later demands for compensation.
We cannot be held responsible for the theft of personal belongings, valuables and documents from the rooms or from vehicles. You can store personal belongings or valuables in the reception safe. We are not responsible for any forgotten belongings.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him or by those he is responsible for or that visit him.
The guest must use all appliances in the room in compliance with directions for safe use. If any installation, item of furniture, appliance or other object in the room disappears or is damaged please inform us on the following number +386 51403403. If the guest causes damage either wilfully or by accident, he is bound to provide compensation.
RIGHT OF ENTRY
We retain the right for the owner and maintenance staff to enter the room for urgent maintenance work or for carrying out a check.
We protect all information about our guests in compliance with the law governing the protection of personal data (Uradni list RS no. 86/04 and 67/07). It is considered that by accepting the offer, the guest also agrees to this information being used for the purposes of statistical analysis and publicising our offer. If the guest does not want this, he may express this upon registration. This does not apply to passing on personal data to the police.
The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."
We have 10 Ensuite rooms, 14 rooms with shared bathrooms and before the reservation please check all types of the rooms.
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.
It's a modern accommodation and offers all the comfort and functionality that guest needs during visit Slovenian capital.
It's perfect for couples, business guests, families or bigger groups.
You can choose between three types of rooms:
Classic Ensuite rooms, minimalist Comfort rooms with shared bathroom and modest Economy twin rooms with shared bathroom.
All premises are equipped with free WIFI, hairdryer, sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. There are also three kitchenettes (no stove) where you can prepare tea or coffee, drink tap water or use a fridge for your grocery.
We don't offer breakfast yet so please ask our receptionist for recommendation where to get the best breakfast in the city. But in the fall we are going to open a new breakfast room with a reception desk and a comfortable living room.
Atik Rooms Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 72 hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 19:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.
Breakfast not included.
